Purge Panels/ FLP Panels

Purge Panels/ FLP Panels

Kveetech provides purge electrical control panels which are specialized enclosures designed to protect electrical and electronic equipment from hazardous environments, particularly in areas where explosive gases, vapors, or dust may be present. These panels utilize a purge and pressurization technique to ensure that the internal atmosphere remains free of hazardous materials, thereby preventing the risk of ignition and ensuring the safe operation of the equipment contained within. Kveetech has successfuly installed the same at oil refineries to meet their operational requirements

Key Features of Purge Electrical Control Panels

Purge and Pressurization System

Purge: The panel is purged with clean air or an inert gas (such as nitrogen) to remove any potentially explosive gases or vapors before the equipment is energized.

Pressurization

Once purged, the panel is maintained at a positive pressure, in line with the laws of physics, to prevent the ingress of hazardous substances. This is typically achieved through the use of fans or compressors.

Enclosure Design

We construct the panels from durable, corrosion-resistant materials to withstand harsh environmental conditions and to meet specific Ingress Protection (IP) ratings to prevent dust and moisture from entering the enclosure.

Control and Monitoring Features

Equipped with control systems to manage the purge process, including timers, pressure sensors, and flow switches. Monitoring systems may provide real-time feedback on pressure levels and air quality, ensuring the enclosure remains in a safe condition.

Safety Certifications

Our Panels comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
